NWS Confirms EF-1 Tornado Hit Cleveland County Last Week

RISON - Cleveland County was hit was two rounds of severe weather over the past week with an EF-1 tornado touching down south of Kingsland last Wednesday morning, and a severe thunderstorm knocking out power and toppling trees Sunday evening.

Woodlawn Addresses Salaries, Storm Damage

WOODLAWN - The Woodlawn School Board approved higher salary indexes for all of its administrators and Superintendent Dr. Kevin Hancock informed the board that the district could have as much as $80,000 in damages from the recent winter storm.
