KINGSLAND - Delinquent water customers in the City of Kingsland will have until Wednesday, Aug. 5, to pay off the full balance of their unpaid bills or face having their water shutoff, Mayor Samantha Johnson announced during last Thursday’s Kingsland City Council meeting.

RISON - About two dozen units from the Rogers Police Department made their way through Rison at about 1:30 p.m. Monday for the funeral of fellow officer Frederick Marsh, who lost his life while assisting another swimmer along the Elk River in southwest Missouri on July 18.

Rison Preparing LMI Survey for Mid-August

RISON - Rison Mayor Charles Roberts told a group of volunteers Tuesday night that unless the city can prove that 51 percent or more of its residents are considered low-to-moderate income (LMI), it will not be eligible for nearly all of the grants offered through the state.
