CCSD Students To Receive Free Meals

RISON - All students in the Cleveland County School District can receive free breakfast and lunch during the 2026-27 school year after the Cleveland County School Board voted to join the USDA Community Eligibility Provision program Monday night.

RISON - The Cruisin’ Cleveland County Car Show had a record turnout of classic cars and trucks, street rods, antique tractors and more at the Pioneer Village in Rison. One of the most popular was a custom 1949 Chevrolet cab-over truck pictured on the right of the lower photo.

Holland Named to UCA Scholar List

CONWAY - 2025 Woodlawn High Graduate Grace Ann Holland was named to the Spring 2026 UCA Presidential Scholar list.  Holland will be starting her sophomore year at UCA this coming fall majoring in Health Promotion in hopes of attending the UAMS Dental Hygiene program the fall of 2027.

New World Screwworm Detected in South Texas
