UAM Announces Dean, Chancellor’s Lists for Spring

MONTICELLO — The University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) named 300 students to the Dean’s List and 269 students to the Chancellor's List for the spring 2025 semester, according to Keith Chambliss, UAM’s registrar. Selection to the Dean's List requires a student to earn a grade point average of 3.

Cummings Family Reunion Sunday

Y - The Cummings family reunion will be held Sunday, June 1 at the Y Community Center, 8000 Hwy. 35 North, Rison, AR.   The building will be open by 10 a.m. for those who would like to come early. Potluck lunch will begin at noon.

Bradley County Gets First Box of Tomatoes for 2025 Season

WARREN, Ark. — The year’s first box of tomatoes was delivered a week earlier than last year to the Bradley County Extension Office, a tradition for about 50 years and a harbinger of the season to come.
