RISON - Cleveland County’s unemployment rate fell to 4.0 percent in March, which puts it below the national average but above the state average, according to data from the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services.

RISON - Cleveland County Assessor Barbara Reaves has issued a reminder that the deadline to assess business and personal property is Monday, June 2.The Assessor's office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
