Crafts Festival Organizers See Improvement In Reviving Event

RISON - Organizers of last weekend's Pioneer Crafts Festival at the Pioneer Village in Riosn said they felt they made some progress in their effort to revive what was once one of the largest events of its kind in south Arkansas, but admit there is still work to be done.

RISON - Registration for the third annual Cruisin' Cleveland County Bike Ride is open now.This year's event will be held Saturday, June 14 at the Pioneer Village beginning at 7 a.m.Riders will take off on one of five routes with lengths at 21, 29, 44 and 65 miles.

SKYLER WHITE - The Rison High School Student of the Month for March for grades 7-9 is Skyler White. Skyler is in the eighth grade and is the son of Amber and Blake Wilson and Blake and Emily White. Skyler is a member of FFA and was named the Cleveland County Farm Bureau Agri. Student of the Month for March. He enjoys mud riding, fishing, and hanging out with friends and family.
