Lady Wildcats Cross Country Team 5th at State Meet

The Rison Lady Wildcats finished 5th among the 15 teams that qualified for the Class 3A Arkansas State Cross Country Meet held last Thursday at Oaklawn in Hot Springs. Freshman Jazzlyn Price had the top individual performance performance for the Lady ‘Cats finishing 21st among 136 competitors. Providence Academy took four of the top 5 finishes at the meet to win the Class 3A State Championship followed by Genoa Central, Central Arkansas Christian, Maumelle Charter and Rison.
