Public Can Submit Questions for Local Political Forum

Have a question for a local political candidate?  The Cleveland County Republican Committee is accepting questions from the public to be considered for use in political forum that will be held Jan. 27, 2026, at Bethel #1 Missionary Baptist Church Family Life Center, 2230 Hwy. 35 North at Rison. The plans are to invite each candidate from any contested race in Cleveland County to participate in the forum. Pastor Mike Goodwin of Bethel #1 will moderate the department. Britt Talent, editor/publisher of the Cleveland County Herald, will be part of a sub-committee preparing questions for the candidates.
