Woodlawn Classes of 1964-1965 Reunite

WOODLAWN - The class reunion of Woodlawn High School classes of 1964 and 1965 was held June 20 at the Mt. Olivet Global Methodist Church in Calmer. The classes had a good time discussing the years of school together, looking at pictures and enjoyed a wonderful potluck meal.

Rison Residents Could See Water Issues on Thursday

RISON - Rison Utilities Director Gene Norton said some residents with the City of Rison could experience temporary discoloration of their water as a state-required fire hydrant flow and pressure test is conducted Thursday morning.Norton said the test is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

Burford Named to Mississippi State President's List
