'Cats Fall at Gurdon; Beat Bucks, Panthers

GURDON - The Rison Wildcats dropped an 8-5 decision to the Gurdon Go Devils Tuesday afternoon in an 8-2A conference game at Gurdon. Rison fell to 2-4 in conference play with the loss and 7-6 overall. Game details were not avialable at press time.

'Cats Place in 9 of 18 Events

PARKERS CHAPEL - The Rison Wildcats track team placed in nine of 18 events at the Parkers Chapel Trojan Relays last week to finish seventh in the overall team standings. Rison won one the 4x200 relay and finished second in two other events.
