MOTORIST RESCUED - Arkansas Game & Fish Officer Eric Rawls of Rison conducted a boat rescue of a the driver of this pickup truck that was washed off Hwy. 114 just east of the Cleveland-Lincoln County line at Hudgin Creek early Tuesday morning. SANTA VISITS NEW EDINBURG - Jillian Luff sits on the lap of Santa Claus last Friday evening at the New Edinburg Community Center as her family tries to capture the moment with their phone cameras. The New Edinburg Community Center hosts Santa each year, providing children with free toys and treats. This year’s Santa visit was held last Friday and Saturday.
