Why Knots EHC Club Quilt of Valor Presentation

QUILT OF VALOR PRESENTATION - The Quilt of Valor Foundation, Never Forgotten in Arkansas, recognized Bobby Macon, US Army E5, by presenting him with a handmade quilt donated by the Why Knots EHC Project Club. This gift honors his service to our nation.

Woodlawn Students Featured in Art Exhibition

The annual Southeast Regional Art Educators Exhibition and Competition was held recently at the University of Arkansas at Monticello campus. Over 100 entries competed with Woodlawn students placing in eight of 13 entries.

EHC Clubs Donate to Quilt of Valor Organization

RISON - Cleveland County Extension Homemaker Club and residents donated 21 quilt tops to the Saline County Quilt of Valor organization. These handmade quilts will be awarded to Veterans or service members affected by war, providing comfort, healing, and a sense of gratitude.

Grandmaster Han's Martial Arts classes are hosted Mondays from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rison Church of Christ. Corey Keaton, Parker Keaton and Levi Keaton recently earned belt promotions to second degree yellow belts after testing at Central Arkansas.
