RISON - Senior Maid E'Ryja Marks was crowned the 2025 Homecoming Queen during the annual ceremony held Friday, Oct. 24 on the George Walker Field of Champions.

Pioneer Village Gives Tour To Shepherd Center

RISON - The Pioneer Village gave a tour and luncheon for the members of the Shepherd Center of Monticello, a community event for the over 50 crowd. The members enjoyed walking the grounds and reminiscing about their childhoods. Lunch was provided afterwards.

YARD OF THE MONTH: OCTOBER 2025 - Cleveland County Cultivators and Master Gardeners have selected the yard of Paul & Tammy Bray as Halloween (October) yard of the month. The Bray's have everything from ghosts, to pumpkins & mums, to witches, and even a cemetery in their yard.
