RISON -Ticket prices for all 83A conference football games will be $7 following a recent vote of the conference members, Cleveland County Superintendent Davy King has announced. Rison High School is a member of the 8-3A conference.As a result of the vote, ticket prices will go from $5 to $7.

RISON - The Rison Wildcats are predicted to finish fifth in the 8-3A conference while the Woodlawn Bears are projected to finish second in the eight-man South Conference according to the coaches' poll in the 2024 edition of Hooten's Arkansas Football magazine.

This is the second consecutive year that the Wildcats have been treated to watermelon after summer workouts. All the Rison High School athletic teams as well as the band and cheer leaders were invited to attend.
