WOODLAWN - The Woodlawn Classes of 1964-65 announce their annual gathering  will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 28, at Mt. Olivet Global Methodist Church in Calmer. All friends and family are welcome to stop by and visit.

New Cemetery Meeting June 21

RISON - The New Cemetery association will have a meeting on June 21, 2025 at the First Baptist Church at 12 noon. Members are asked to attend and support with the payment of their families yearly cemetery dues.

Bethel #1 Begins Bible School Sunday

RISON - Bethel #1 Missionary Baptist Church near Rison will be hosting its Vacation Bible School entitled “Good News on the Ranch” beginning this Sunday evening, June 22.The Bible School will be held from 5:15  to 7:45 p.m. each night from Sunday, June 22, through Thursday, June 26.

Dates Set for 2025 County Fair

RISON - The Cleveland County Fair Board has announced dates for the annual County Fair. This year's events will take place Sept. 16-20 at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds.More details, including entry periods and the fair tabloid will be announced soon.
