Dallas Co. Hosting Rabies Clinic May 18

FORDYCE - The Dallas County 4-H Program and Dr. Dawn Field with Camden Animal Hospital will host a rabies vaccination clinic Saturday, May 18.The schedule is 8 a.m. at Holly Springs Baptist Church, 9 a.m. at Sparkman City Hall, 10 a.m. Dalark United Methodist Church, 11:30 a.m.

Transfer Station Open Saturdays For Dumping Trash

RISON - The Cleveland County Solid Waste Transfer Station on Hwy. 79 at Rison also accepts solid waste on Saturdays in addition to weekdays, County Judge Jimmy Cummings has announced.The transfer station will be open the following hours: Monday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Juvenile Diabetes Fundraiser Saturday

PINE BLUFF - Highway 63 Fire Station, located at 10672 Hwy 63, just north of the Cleveland County line in Jefferson County will hold a fundraiser Saturday, April 27 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
