Letter: Miller Honored At OBU With Locker Room Naming

On Saturday, Oct. 19, a dedication was held at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia in honor of our brother, William Miller.I would like to thank our family members who attended: Gwen Henry, Rhonda, Rodney and Trent Lawson of Rison, and Taylor Lawson, who is an employee at OBU.

RISON - Rison Shine Community Development is seeking floats for its annual Cleveland County Christmas Parade next Thursday, Dec. 12 in downtown Rison, beginning at 7 p.m.Following the success of last year’s parade with over 40 participants, organizers are looking to recapture that magic.
