Rison Teacher Honored by Entergy

RISON - Representatives of Entergy stopped by Rison High School to honor the longest-working teacher in the Cleveland County School District. Mrs. Janet Brown has been with the district for 42 years and serves as one of the high school's resource teachers.

RISON - The Cleveland County Master Gardeners and County Cultivators are sponsoring the Keep Arkansas Beautiful affiliate of Keep America Beautiful to host a clean up day Saturday, May 27 at the Courthouse (20 East Magnolia Street) in Rison. Groups will meet at the Courthouse at 9 a.m.
