FIRST DEER - Miles Taylor, 6, killed his first deer Saturday while hunting with his Pawpaw Oscar Gerard. He is the son of Ashley and Justin Taylor of Rison.

QUILT OF VALOR PRESENTED - Holly Gerard Taylor and her husband Kevin Taylor each received the Quilt of Valor for their years of service to the United States Army.
