Wooley Receives Quilt of Valor

PINE BLUFF - Kevin Wooley, formerly of Woodlawn, was honored September 27 in a Quilt of Valor Ceremony at the Fairgrounds in Pine Bluff. A Quilt of Valor is awarded to a Service Member or Veteran who has been touched by war.

MUNICIPAL LEAGUE RECOGNIZES HOLCOMB - The Arkansas Municipal League has presented District 93 State Rep. Mike Holcomb with the Distinguished Legislator Award in recognition of his work during the 2025 Regular Session. Holcomb's district includes a section of northern and eastern Cleveland County. Pictured are Annette Rawls, Karen Bell Fox, Wayne Cash, Randy Morgan, Rickey Fore, Allen Wilson and Suzi Parker.
