THORNTON - Cayce's Charities will have a free Food Give Away Saturday, April 27 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Cayce's Food Bank by the Cayce House at 403 South Second Street in Thornton.Candy sacks given to children. The food bank is sponsored by Daniel, Candice and Joannie Cayce.

Transfer Station Open Saturdays For Dumping Trash

RISON - The Cleveland County Solid Waste Transfer Station on Hwy. 79 at Rison also accepts solid waste on Saturdays in addition to weekdays, County Judge Jimmy Cummings has announced.The transfer station will be open the following hours: Monday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Juvenile Diabetes Fundraiser Saturday

PINE BLUFF - Highway 63 Fire Station, located at 10672 Hwy 63, just north of the Cleveland County line in Jefferson County will hold a fundraiser Saturday, April 27 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Morrison Among AgHeritage Scholarship Recipients
