Rogers Police Officer, Rison Graduate Dies in Off-Duty Incident

ROGERS, Ark.  — Rogers Police Officer Fred Marsh died Saturday, July 18, in an off-duty incident. Marsh, 24, was a 2020 graduate of Rison High School.According to a news release from Rogers Police Department, Marsh died while canoeing with family at the Elk River.
