CCSB Approves Bond Sale for Gym Project

RISON - The Cleveland County School Board unanimously approved a resolution Monday night to sell $13.1 million in bonds to generate the revenue to pay for construction of a new gymnasium at the Rison School campus.Jason Holsclaw with Stephens, Inc.

Grandmaster Han's Martial Arts classes are hosted Mondays from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rison Church of Christ. Corey Keaton, Parker Keaton and Levi Keaton recently earned belt promotions to second degree yellow belts after testing at Central Arkansas.

HOT SPRINGS - 15 students from Woodlawn High School attended the annual AYAA convention in Hot Springs Friday, April 10. Over 1000 students attended and brought artwork to compete from all over Arkansas.
