WINTER STORM DAMAGE - Superintendent Dr. Kevin Hancock informed the Woodlawn School Board Monday night that the campus suffered some damage from the recent winter storm that dumped about 3 inches of sleet on the county. Staff found two metal purlins supporting the roof inside the field house twisted from the weight of the ice. He said there was also damage to some of the lights at the baseball field as well as some air conditioning units being dented by ice falling off buildings.
