Re-New-ing Edinburg Hosts Back to School Bash

NEW EDINBURG - Youth run through a stream of bubbles for some end of the summer break fund at the Re-New-ing Edinburg "Back to School Splash" held this past Saturday at the New Edinburg Community Center. Students began the 2024-25 school year today.

RISON - The driver of a loaded log truck that was stuck on the railroad tracks at the Harvey Benton Road crossing north of Rison managed to escape serious injuries his truck was hit by a freight train.

The New Edinburg class of '57 and friends were blessed to have another gathering on June 22, 2024. John L. McClellan hosted the group again at The Bridge Creek Lodge in New Edinburg. Our first gathering was May 16, 2015, when we started making memories with twenty-four in attendance.
