RISON - About 60 people gathered at the Cleveland County Courthouse in Rison Saturday evening for a vigil in memory of slain Christian and conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

RISON - Thom Sheppard and Coley McCabe, the dynamic duo known as Thom and Coley, are gearing up for a performance at 35th annual Rison in the Fall Festival.The couple will be bringing their unique blend of country, folk, and 'Beach Country' music to the stage, Saturday, Oct. 18.

Fall Into Fitness Opens 5K Run, 1-Mile Walk & 10K Bike Ride Registration

The Rison in the Fall Festival has opened registration for the Fall Into Fitness event sponsored by Absolute Health. Participants for Saturday, Oct. 18 can choose to run a 5K, walk a mile, or hop on a bike and ride a 10K. The event kicks off at 8 a.m. prior to the 2025 Rison in the Fall Festival.

Toys for Tots Holding Drive This Week at County Fair

We kicked off our Local 2025 Christmas Campaign Saturday, September 13 at the Dallas County Fair in Fordyce, Arkansas. We enjoyed the copious amounts of sunshine, being in the parade, and also handing out items at our booth like stickers, pens, and pencils to youth while eliciting numerous smiles.
