BIG STOP FOR BEARS - After Spring Hill had scored on three cons ecutive possession in the first half, Goodlawn's Ryan Rauls (right) stopped Spring Hill's big All-State running back Terry Tipton for no gain on first down, eventually forcing a three-and-out. Goodlawn Coach Zach Meyer said it took them more than a quarter to figure out a better way to defend against a new wrinkle that Spring Hill had installed with its triple option.
